“The excellent showroom in Stoke-on-Trent was well presented with knowledgeable sales staff who provided authoritative, un-pressured assistance. Thirteen Evolution Stormforce 2 windows were installed over a three day period. The contract price compared favourably with quotes from other firms. The two workmen were polite, hard-working, and took great care to ensure the house interior was protected from building dust. Their hard of hearing disability was of course irrelevant to their standard of work. The company was very flexible with regard to a later installation of a bathroom window due to building works. A minor snag with the fit of horizontal mullions is being addressed by the installation manager who personally visited the site on the day the problem was identified. The site was properly tidied post installation after work in very arduous environmental conditions – it was freezing. Overall, the windows look superb and I recommend this firm for its competitive pricing and excellent standard of service.”
