“We are delighted with our Strata Conservatory but, after 8 years it developed a small leak. Strata honoured the warranty without any fuss and it has been fixed today in very quick time. Special mention for Mark and his assistant who were totally professional and fitted a new seal in about half an hour. Extremely impressed.”
