Trusted Trader assessment is a thorough audit and our services and processes were assessed by the experienced trading standards professionals to make sure that we met their high standards.

The trading standards professionals visited our office where they then conducted interviews with our staff, reviewed our procedures and looked at how business activities were conducted.

Being a Which? Trusted Trader shows that Strata are a recognised and reputable company for the installation of windows. It shows we can be trusted to provide an excellent service and gives peace of mind to our customers.

We are committed to the Which? Trusted Traders code of conduct and are regularly assessed to ensure we continue to meet the high standards of the Which? Trusted Traders consumer association.
